What should I expect to pay for the repairs on my car?

I own a black Geo Tracker and all I need is a new windshield and paint job. And it seems everywhere I turned someone keeps trying to "Jew me out of my money" -please excuse the phrase. But everywhere I go someone tells me they'll do the work for one price and then try to charge me for extra things I dont need. I live in sac-sutter area in California. I don't know where I can go for the work I need done and get it done for a cheap price. I was told there was a place that has a $99.00 paint job around here but the person that told me doesn't remember what the name of the place is. :( If anyone knows anywhere that is good on their prices I would be very greatful! :) All I want to know is how much I can expect everything to be, at a fair price. I'm in a big rush to get everything fixed on my car before the next semester at the college. Thank you,
