I bought a used car, now they are repairing it?

Ok, I bought a used honda civic 03' from a honda dealer the other day, and I had to get the front bumper and windshield replaced. I feel like I got a pretty good deal on it because I paid cash. However, they have the car and are replacing the windshield/bumper... but my problem is they said it would be all mine on monday, it is now wednesday and they still don't have it ready. My question is, since they are being so late with my car... do you think it would be possible for me talk them into giving me a free paint all around paint job? The car is silver and I would like it to be black, and if I didn't have to pay that would be nice.

Ha a paint job for free... You know a paint job normally takes a week or two and cost around 400-800 dollars in paint alone then the work itself... You have a better chance of causing a scene and getting them to throw in so free lube.

Also dont even consider a maaco paintjob

No. Your inconvenience is yours and yours alone. A mechanic shop would not do free work for you if they had past their due date would they?
